Call for Nominations

Do you know an excellent distance learning librarian?  Or, somebody who has made a strong contribution to the field of distance learning librarianship?  Consider nominating her/him for an award!

The ACRL-DLS/Haworth Press Distance Learning Librarian Conference Sponsorship Award honors any individual ACRL member working in the field of, or contributing to the success of distance learning librarianship or related library service in higher education.

Award: $1,200 to help defray the costs of travel to and participation in the ALA Annual Meeting and a plaque sponsored by Routledge/Taylor & Francis Group.

Submissions must also include three letters of nomination or support (maximum two pages double spaced in 12 point Times New Roman font).Completed applications and all supporting documents must be received by the specified deadline. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
