The Discussion Group meets Monday mornings at both Midwinter  and Annual Conferences and holds open sessions.  At the Annual Conference, time is allocated to discuss the DLS Program held the previous Saturday.

At Midwinter, the agenda is open.

Before Midwinter:
Chair publicizes Discussion Group meeting at Midwinter through appropriate avenues, including, but not limited to LISTSERVS (OFFCAMP, DLS-L).

Midwinter:
Chair conducts Discussion Group meeting.

Chair meets with the Conference Program Planning Committee to discuss Discussion Group program at Annual Conference.

March - April:
Chair ensures promotional information for Discussion Group meeting at the  Annual Conference is sent to the chair of the Communications Committee for the DLS Newsletter.

Chair publicizes Discussion Group meeting through appropriate avenues, including, but not limited to LISTSERVS (OFFCAMP, DLS-L).

Annual Conference:
Chair conducts Discussion Group meeting.

Incoming chair obtains all information  and documents from outgoing chair and reviews calendar with Discussion Group new vice-chair and secretary.

September - October:
Chair works with vice-chair to solicit topics for the Midwinter discussion.

Chair ensures promotional information for the Midwinter Conference Discussion Group meeting is sent to the chair of the Communications Committee for the DLS Newsletter.
